Be careful with their billing practices they won't send you statements if you agree to a monthly repayment plan. A year after making monthly payments I got a debt collection letter for an outstanding balance due to my insurance denying payment and since they were not sending me statements I never new about it. Luckily the collection agency had not reported the debt to the credit agencies.
