My brother was blessed by being sent from Tampa VA to Florida Hospital Orlando. Dr Martin performed my brothers third open heart surgery. He repaired a serious mess done at Tampa VA less then a year ago. We are very blessed and happy that this Dr took on my brothers case. We never thought he would make it through this surgery, it is now four days later and my brother is already up and walking around. God bless Dr Martin and his team. Thank you so much!!!!

Well well, what can I say...20 years later I'm still alive. Martin saved my life at SHANDS Hospital, Gainesville, FL. Still playing basketball.

Dr. Martin saved my Dad's life. Our family will forever be grateful & extremely blessed that God guided my Dad into Dr. Martin's extremely skillful hands. I truly believe that God has given him a talent only a few will be lucky enough to find. I'm not a very religious person. However, I believe he is doing God's work here Earth . Dr. Martin heals hearts , in more ways than one. He gave us hope & he gave us our Dad back hid quality of life. He took on what other Drs would not. He's fearless, but not in a careless or cocky way. He's confident & has a wonderful bedside manner. He prayed with my Dad in pre-op. To me, that spoke volumes. I hope you Dr. Martin have some sort of idea of the miracles you produce every single day & how very grateful our family is & from what I've read, many many other families too. May God Bless you & your family as God & yourself has blessed us. Thank You

The simple definition of an ANGEL is - a spiritual being that serves especially as a messenger from God or as a guardian of human beings.
Angels walk among us and Dr Martin is the best example I've seen. God is great and works through exceptional people like Dr Martin and his entire staff.
My husband and I grateful for being guided to Dr Martin's practice when no other doctor felt qualified to perform surgery.
Four months later I have a very happy and active "heart patient" on my hands. Thanks to everyone involved in my husbands recovery.

When my husband's aorta dissected years ago, we knew the day would come when the entire aorta would need replaced. Every cardiovascular surgeon from Tampa to Fort Myers said Dr. Martin was the only man who could handle such a complicated task -- and they were right. A month ago, Dr. Martin's team did the impossible . . . I praise this man for saving my husband's life and cannot give enough accolades to Florida Hospital in Orlando.
