It is my expectation that a reasonable effort will be made to see me within a few minutes of my appointment time. It is not easy to coordinate time off with a busy work schedule. After waiting until 11am for a 10am appointment, I had to leave, and will not be rescheduling. There is no excuse for this - throughput is easy to calculate and easily applied to minimize wait time. This is basic scheduling theory, which every doctor's office should be able to utilize. They may be good doctors, but they are poor planners.

I was a patient here 7 years ago and he was amazing. Things have definitely changed. My appointment recently was at 9:15, I wasn't called into the room until 10:25. Since my appointment I have called 5 days in a row trying to figure out how to take my medicine, but have not received 1 call back. I have left 3 messages. I 100% warn you save your time- go somewhere else that actually cares about their patients. Being unsure of how to take your medicine is a big deal. (I asked another doctor how)

Appointment Mills... Numbers and the bottom line is thier game.
If you like to wait well past an hour to be seen after your scheduled appointment. This is the place for you.
Also the staff takes no accountability for thier incompetence.

Highly recommend. Been seeing Dr Bibliowicz for almost four years. So personable and attentive, treats you like you're his only patient. Yes, there is usually a wait, but please understand that he's running behind because he's tending to his other appointments and treating those people like they're his only patient as well- answering their questions much like you'd like to have yours answered... I just come prepared with reading material...

Although the staff was initially very accommodating and pleasant at the office, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in continuum of care. My 7 year old son had surgery performed by Dr. Harrington (who was very patient and explained in detail step by step before and after surgical procedure what was happening), but to get a follow up appointment post surgery is IMPOSSIBLE unless you want to wait months after. My son began to experience complications that his primary pediatrician stated needed to be addressed by surgeon and the office kept giving me an excuse that they were booked until January and he couldn't be seen. The scheduler interrupted me several times when I tried to address my concerns and rudely placed me on hold without excusing herself. As a mother, the worse thing you can experience is your child in pain and the lack of concern is disgusting.
