I can't rate Dr. Ong and his staff highly enough. I consider myself a "difficult" patient - my gag reflex is particularly strong making any dental work extremely difficult. Imagine my horror then to find I was in need of a root-canal treatment and crown.
Dr. Ong and his staff were extremely understanding and considerate of my "condition", and the procedure went relatively smoothly - the dental work itself was painless and would have been completely straightforward had Dr. Ong not had to take my issues into consideration. He and his assistants were calm and caring throughout and did their utmost to put me at ease (even when I was coughing and spluttering all over the place!)
Three weeks on, my new crown has settled in just fine - no lasting discomfort. The coloring job was excellent - you could not tell which tooth was the crown just by looking. Dr. Ong's office has the ability to produce the crown from an impression or 3D model of your mouth, while you wait, which was a particularly interesting experience and saves the hassle of waiting for one to be produced elsewhere and having to return for a second session.
The office is small, yet uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The availability of appointments has always been excellent. His staff are super friendly - you'll find yourself having a proper conversation rather than the usual polite small-talk you usually get at doctor/dentist offices.
I would most certainly recommend Dr. Ong to my friends and family.
