The best! not just Dr. Koyfman, but the staff is excellent! Had my dental implants done here! I never liked going to the Dentist, but they make it so its not bad. I wish they were closer to Heathrow area, but its worth the ride on I-4. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend !

Dr. Koyfman's expertise and friendliness are exceptional. I've gone to him for many years since he joined this practice, and have gone to his same dental office (before a couple of relocations) since 1967; his staff is exceptional and knowledgeable and very helpful, he's made exceptional referrals as needed, and his dental care is unsurpassed.

I've had braces these last two years and neglected getting my teeth cleaned during that time. Lacey was great, explained what she was doing throughout the process and removed old stains that I assumed were stuck! You guys are great!

Fraudulent.
I want to start off by saying Dr. Koyfman and the other doctors are amazing! They are polite, genuine, and great at their job. The office workers and assistants, however, take away from that and it's a shame!
I had a missed appointment and thankfully, they understood and did not charge me a missed appointment fee. I rescheduled and was actually late (my mistake). I received a call from Vicky, the front desk clerk, informing me of my tardiness. I sincerely apologized because I honestly thought my appointment was at 7:30 AM, not 7:00 AM. However it goes, I explained that I had a mixup and that I am not that far from the office. I was told by Vicky that I could still come in and they'll be able to squeeze me in. I go in and I am greeted by Vicky and Casey (Dental Assistant). When I get in the chair, Casey says, "So we are pushing for time so I'm gonna do the best I can with the time we have." I stopped and said, "What does that mean? You won't be able to do everything but you're still going to charge the same price as though you did a full cleaning?" Without hesitation she says, "Yes. Correct." I stood up and left. Didn't even reschedule. She claimed she just didn't want to "rush" me but what sense does that make? Why would you even take an appointment that may have to be rushed? I have braces. I need thorough cleanings. If you don't have the time to do a full service without rushing, you shouldn't do it all. And for you to say you may not do everything but you're going to still charge me the same price as though you did? Fraudulent! Why not just have me reschedule in the first place?! Why waste my time and yours? I am just super tired of these providers being all about the money. You must realize, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY DENTAL PROVIDERS. And just like that, not only did I take my business from them, but my aunt, because of my experience, withdrew her daughter from this practice as well. You lost two customers. It's a crying shame because the doctors are always so kind and nice but they don't realize how horrible the people that work for them are. They're bringing you down. This is how practices fail all the time. You can't just offer good services. You must also have a respectful team with integrity. This office lacks that.

Great and friendly staff! Enjoyed every visit to office and everyone there is helpful in every way. The professional staff was extremely informative about what procedures were needed and made sure that I comfortable.
