Went there for my daughter’s 6th birthday. 1/4th of all games were broken, animatronics broken, all but 2 of the ticket counting machines broken and even then it jammed on one child and took all tickets of my bday girl and refused a receipt.
Staff was friendly, but whole place in disrepair. Would NOT recommend.

My daughter loves this place! Birthday parties, celebrations or just because... bring your children here to run around, play games, and see Bowling for soup perform as giant robotic animals. Where a kid can be a kid and their parents can eat tasty pizza.

I remember going here as a kid and I had a great time. This is a great place to have a birthday party, or just let the kids have fun for an affordable price.

I experienced very BAD customer service. We were not told the location closed at 10pm they could have let us know instead of shutting the lights off without saying anything to its customers. They were very rude. Their employees should learn some manners and learn that it is a kid place so they need to stop giving attitude. We were putting out tickets through the machine to give us our receipt for our tickets when they shut the lights off( we had 200 tickets so far) they shut the lights and the ticket machine turned off we let them know that it shut off while putting our tickets in and they didn't not want to reimburse us for our tickets. And the family next to us had 800 tickets and counting and they did not get reimbursed either. When we talked to the cashier she was very very rude.

The games need some serious update. I took my Little (from Big Brothers Big Sisters) who played a game and won 25tickets from it, but we didn't get anything from it. His face when he won was priceless, and when we didn't see any tickets come out was plain disappointment. So I had to do something. I spoke to an employee and they had to open up the machine and tweak it. It was nice to see him rewarded. We had two machines that didn't give us tickets even though each one had said he won. But the last one was more meaningful.
So please, check on the machines.
