Average place for lunch and dinner, brunch is the hit here.
I have been disappointed by dinner at least twice here. The food has just been average or below.
Brunch however, was excellent.
The famed bloody marys- while the presentation and the food included is all well and good. The bloody mary itself is not very good. It has some spice, which is fine, but the overall taste is not satisfying.
Service has been decent.

Casual, relaxed, quiet and 2pm brunch!
Food was delicious, about 10-15 min wait on food but I could easily tell was made to order/fresh! Will return. Enjoyed the serenity of the river, birds, and occasional fourrrrrrrrr

My Wife and I just had a fantastic lunch at Caddy's River Side Grill. The Blacken Salmon salad was amazing. A 5 star lunch and it right here in Council Bluffs. If you have not eaten at Caddy's you are truly missing out on great food, friendly service.

Meal in a Mug Bloody Mary looks amazing for a Sunday Brunch when ordered but the taste fall flat of such a wonderful presentation. Service was slow for the ratio of wait staff to customers. Window views of the Missouri River and Omaha are nice.

We love going to Caddy's! Awesome view of downtown Omaha and the Missouri River. I really like to get the Prime Rib French Dip and going on Sundays for brunch. If you are looking for a great atmosphere and a good meal, this is your place.
