Best pizza in town and Puget sound area hands down!! Service is awesome and atmosphere is like Europe where I am originally from. I will continue to go there for as long as they serve food :-)

I love this place. The food and service are high quality! Our wait we Jason was charming and helpful. This pizza was a little shy of toppings this last time but tasty and fresh.

The best restaurant in which I have ever eaten. The products are fresh, delicious, organic, the atmosphere it makes you think that you are in a holiday. I strongly recommend to go there. They have nice desserts also, hand made ones. Congrats to the owners!

This Italian restaurant is really charming! The pizza pepperoni -pesto is very tasty and the salads were also a good choice. When we went there was a life band playing music and people were even dancing around them. Nice atmosphere and very Nice people. Really recommended!

We adore this restaurant. The food is always fresh, delicious, and seasoned with clear expertise. The pizzas may be a bit more expensive than other places, but they are worth every penny. Every ingredient is chosen and sourced with care and intention, to the extent that they import their flour direct from Italy. Their wine list is great and priced incredibly well.
The real icing on top of this place is the service. We dined at La Gitana this evening, celebrating our anniversary, and had the distinct pleasure of having Taylor as a server. He helped us pair a wine with our food with so much genuine care and commitment to the product. He exudes a dedication to the restaurant and the experience of the diners that is so obviously real and natural. Taylor truly made this evening one to remember.
Eat here. Seriously. You won't regret it for a second. Make sure you make a reservation (which is easy to do online) - it's not always required but is helpful both to you as a diner and to the staff.
