The meals here's a clearly exceptional! I in particular love the bird tekah plate. My best lawsuits are the pita bread is dry and the inside seating is sort of A cluster.

Food's good. Ambiance sucks. Dude behind the counter didn't flush after using the bathroom.

We love Maan's! Their tekah chicken kebab is perfectly seasoned and cooked every time. We have never had a disappointing item off their menu, but the chicken is by far the best around!

I've eaten here twice and won't go back. The service was horrible both times - same guy behind the counter was grumpy and more interested in watching TV than serving customers. Unfortunately, we got the same guy both visits!
When we arrived Sat at 2:30 pm, the restaurant was tidy inside, but only one table was occupied. The tables outside were covered with dirty dishes. We had to move dirty dishes, and dirty napkins to another table to sit down.
The green tea came out of the iced tea machine as plain water. The guy obviously knew this and just said RUDELY, take a bottle out of ther (beverage cooler.) He made no effort to move from his view of the TV to fill the iced tea machine. He finally came outside to clear the tables about the time we finished our meal.
The lamb was pretty good, but the rice was dry and we couldn't eat the slimy grape leaves with mushy contents. There are too many excellent, local restaurants in Oceanside and Carlsbad to waste another try at Maans.
