very nice clean and quiet hotel. Offer self and valet parking. Restaurant on site. Lounge with bar on site. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Attended a conference here for a couple days. Great location downtown but parking of course isn't the best. Wonderful convention facilities in the hotel and staff was always helpful in everything.

Rooms are very nice. Breakfast snacks are somewhat lacking options but good none the less. They do need to get better about climate control in their rooms. Some rooms were hot and some were cold and there was never a balance. Otherwise very nice.

Location good. Front desk team was easy to work with and handle all booking issuea. Room cleaning service was great. Rooms where clean and had a great view of the river

Loved the view, but this hotel needs updated immediately. The housekeeping staff sucks. We were given a bed with what appeared to be dried blood stains on it and it had the nerve to have a card saying enjoy your stay. We were moved to another room with no problems. For the amount of money that it costs to rent a room here the experience can be way better(room wise). There was a really nice janitor who took us through an employee elevator to our floor because the lobby was packed. Also the food at Shula's was AMAZING!!!!
