Not much to say, it's your typical shopping mall. I will say the decor is alright and that the parking garage is very reasonable especially price-wise. Location-wise they have a great location being in the heart of downtown Norfolk, within walking distance to numerous attractions and entertainment options in the Waterside area.

I love this mall. Especially during the holiday season. It's a nice and clean mall with great shops. The only complaint could be the food options in the mall as many of the shops have changed out recently and some have not been replaced. Whether you are going to shop or just want to walk around the mall, MacArthur Center is a great place to be.

It has a few layers to it which makes it fun to explore. You can easily kill a few hrs browsing over clothes, gadgets, even catch a movie if you'd like. It's in a decent spot, though parking can be fun if you forget where your spot is. There are a good amount places to eat if you wanna get your fast-food-chain on. It's really packed around the holidays ⛄⛇☃🎄and makes me want to hop on amazon and skip the whole shopping-at-the-store-altogether. 4 out of 5

It gets five stars just because of the parking facilities. It's one dollar for a few hours. Every time I need to do something downtown, I park here. The mall is all right. It's clean and it had all the usual mall fare. And a movie theater.

I love their kids summer program here!
I like that they have valet parking, I love the ice skating in the winter and that they bring in the carnival rides. It's a favorite family tradition.
It's a beautiful mall with lots of great shops and everyone who has worked for the mall that I have met has been very friendly and helpful, like the people putting on the events in the security guards helping during them.
We also love the play area. I just wish it was a little over 42 inches to play there. I watched a family have to leave because the youngest child was under 42 inches and the oldest was several inches above, and because they could not both play they weren't able to play. My son is only 5 and is on the lowest % of height actually, at all is almost too tall according to the security guard. He is actually a perfect size for that play area and could be bigger and it would be great for him. I understand they don't want big kids trampling on the little kids and damaging the play structures, but that size restriction seems a little cm extreme and will certainly keep us from visiting the mall as often because I will have nothing fun to do with my son after he is done patiently shopping with me. :(
