Dr. Birsch is hands down the best dentist my kids have ever seen. She is helpful, attentive, patient, and so friendly. She saw all three of my kids at the same time to make things easier for us. Her office staff was wonderful and really helpful. My daughter had to be put under for some work and she took such good care of her. Dr. Laurie even called us, personally, later that night to make sure our daughter was doing well. And she left her personal number for us to call or text if any complications arose. She is amazing and I cannot fathom why she doesn't have a perfect 5 stars.

My kids have been seeing Laurie for 6years. She is the best Dentist i have ever had! I have 6 kids that see her and 3 are autistic and she is so patient with them. She sees them all at once because she is that nice! None of my kids have cavities from age 5 to 16! She is the Best! I would give her 10 stars if i could!!!!

We were referred by another dentist in the area. My son had a lot of decay on his teeth and required to be put under at the hospital to get his teeth fixed. Chris in reception was amazing, helping me through the insurance process and making sure everything was covered so we had no surprises. Dr. Birsch made his teeth look flawless! We got his big pearly white chompers back!!!

Dr. Laurie Birsch is awesome and so is her assistant, Yana. They make children LOVE the dentist. As far as her "billing manager/ receptionist" she is awesome! Of course everyone thinks someone is rude when it comes to money. Dr. Laurie hired her to deal with billing and so forth. Dr Laurie is their for patient care, Chris is there for front office and billing.. Everyone in that office is AWESOME.

Dr. Birch is a wonderful dentist however, the secretary is very rude, always has a very nasty attitude, and will not give Dr Birch messages if a patient request to speak with the Dr. personally. You will have to put the little secretary in her place so if you can deal with that than cool.
