Fantastic food and very large portions. Nice restaurant with friendly staff/owners. Food is very delicious and fresh.

Had the pulled pork sandwich. others had the chicken and brisket sandwich.
Pro: fair to large portions. Decently priced for a BBQ place. Family owned and operated
Cons: small place with very limited seating, chicken was dry, pulled pork didn't have any taste except for the BBQ sauce ( they gave extra but still didn't help).
Other notes: As with any small business things run out quickly. It was a saturday in the summer and when we were deciding on the special (Jeffro's special or something - lots of BBQ meat and sides), we were informed there were no ribs left (on a saturday in summer at 6pm ). after we ordered what we wanted as stated above, we were then informed there were no beans left and had to pick another side. Not sure how often this occurs but it was a bit upsetting having to deal with this.
Only 1 person was waiting tables which made everything take far longer than needed. Family owned I know but did not feel the atmosphere of one. They seemed more like a place they opened for friends to come and hang out. At least the prices were decent. Quite possibly have gone on one of their off nights.

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had! The ribs are absolutely amazing, as are the sides. Having lived the past 4 years in Alabama, I was extremely surprised to find amazing BBQ in Canada! Definitely worth a visit!

If you are ever in the area and enjoy BBQ food, then this is an awesome place to eat.

The place is a clean, warm, cozy, retro, funky, laid back and professional environment. Staff are great!
A place to take your family, including kids but looks like a place you could hang out with friends and possibly listen to live music.
We all enjoyed our food and portion sizes will leave you stuffed. Great taste!
They did not blink twice when I needed my hamburger modified for my dietary requirements and the house dressing that came with the side salad I ordered was flipping AMAZING! A kiddo was excited for the battered mushrooms!
Kid menu is a perfect size.
Place is accessible friendly down to the washrooms. Loved how the outside patio area opened up!
Not a huge place but hands down the best meal we had in the area!

Stop reading this review and go there now. Seriously. Let's start with the staff. Incredibly friendly and treated us like we were guests in their own home. Food? Incredible. Authentically smoked barbecue that is super flavorful, but doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. The decor has a great music motif. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Daily specials run $10 - 12 Canadian and the average entree item is only a couple dollars more. Every single thing we ordered was fabulous. Why are you still reading this? Go now!
