Very disappointing experience. First the positives. The service (other than bringing me the bill for another table) was excellent. Dessert was excellent.
Having a pre-fixed menu is fine at $95 per, but adding a "supplement" charge to selected appetizers or entrees is not. The portions were very small and each of our three dishes lacked the flavor or presentation one would expect from a restuarant of this alleged caliber. Always prepared for the 100% + markup on wine in fine restaurants but the markup here far exceeded that.

Incredible view of central park and columbus circle... really really good service from our waiter and the food was exceptional. There's a price to pay for this but it is well worth it if you can swing it. I would definitely come back

This place is Amazing, beautiful view from 35th floor, food is very delicious, especially I loved desserts they are so sweet.

Possibly the worst service ever. Went twice, first time for lunch and the service was great. The second time I went for dinner with two friends and the waiter was so bad I was generally shocked. From general asking our order... instead of asking "what would you like" or anything like that, he just motions to us and says "you" "you" very rudely. Then he brings our orders out, and I had a small plate in the way or a napkin that I moved, and instead of waiting half a second for me to move it he just puts my plate down at the end of the table on the other side of my cutlery. Then comes pouring water, had to ask EVERY single time for a top up. ?? That's the most basic job of waiting. And he doesn't even FINISH pouring up. He must've got distracted half way because while he was pouring he just walked off and split half of it on the table and doesn't even notice it. The worst was just a basic request. We asked for a photo because neither of us are from NYC. He takes two photos grumpily, and says "they are a bit dark". I wish I could attach the photo here because it was so dark and out of focus that you couldn't even tell three of us were there. I had to go ask the host because he refused to come back until we requested the bill. TERRIBLE service. And not that it should matter, we were dressed well, so it was definitely nothing to do with fitting in.
