Place is pretty trash. Hidden fees for each night. Room was not well cleaned and the bathroom was under supplied and there is still hair in the tub!Oily hand and footprints along the wall over the bed. Would not come here again nor would I ever recommend it. Overpriced for what you get. No one seems to enjoy working here. Only have seen the doormen greet with a smile on occasion. Utterly disappointed in quality of service and over room quality.

horrible, the photos nothing to do with reality. It looks like motel. the only nice thing is the reception. stained carpets, mold in the bathroom. TV does not work there is no place to put suitcases. for the cost I think you can get something better. Something nice is that is really close to times square and really quiet.

My stay at the Paramount hotel has been quite convenient. There's a nice bakery / breakfast location downstairs in the lobby (which, itself, looks very nice). The location, for the price, is perfect. A few blocks away from Time Square, so there's plenty to do. The room was clean, if but a little small.

It is Manhattan, so small over prized rooms expected, but there should be no excuse for over heating room with air conditioner that breaks down more than a Ford and bath room door that can't properly close without getting stuck!!. Everything over prized based on what u get. Still in hotel and ask to be moved. Night manager just flat out refuse because their system is down. MY advice run and don't look back. You will regret staying here!!!!!!

The location of this hotel can't be beaten. When you then can get a reasonably priced room where you can walk across the street to see Hamilton you have a winner. The rooms are small but nicely renovated with a cozy contemporary feel to them. Good service and an lobby tops it off.
