No one answers the phone a recorded message says book appointments online and gives a complicated web address, or leave a message and wait for a returned call ... didn't use to be this way what's up?

I have been a client there & the entire staff is absolutely fabulous! Linda (esthetician) is so experienced & friendly (Love her to death). I would definitely recommend this business.

This place is not sanitary and they are bad at waxing. The lady doing the waxing didn't change the wax applicator (dipping stick) once. When asked why she wasn't, as everywhere else I've ever been they toss the applicator after each dip/use, she replied "because no bacteria live in the warm wax". The wax isn't boiling and they use the same pot of it for everyone. So gross. She also had poor waxing technique and repeatedly waxed the same area until it was raw. Will not be going back.
