They have precooked eggs that they reheat in the microwave. The bagels are not very good. Just another fast food factory.

Dirty! Cobwebs on the windows, front doors have disgusting finger prints all over, tables are dirty. Would rather go to the one on the woodbridge/new haven line.

They were only used their best customer service skills for their "regular customer's." As a first timer in that establishment I was unsure of what to order. The employee that helped me which was the food prep didn't have enough patience and didn't provide the best customer service skills that I deserved.

The rosemary and Olive bagel simply toasted with butter is delicious! Great place for breakfast and lunch.
