They are horriable. So rude No one even took the time to help me. Worst customer service especially by Trina !

My family has been coming here for years and we've gotten so much help that we've been highly motivated to let our opinions be heard. Before coming here I've had dealt with multiple companies local to me and Vision Plus in Orange is by far the best I've been to. My favorite person to see is Cathy. She took the time to help me pick out a frame that she knew would work best with my face shape - she's demonstrated her intelligence, amazing work ethic and professionalism countless times. I could not begin to tell you how many times I've had problems with getting my perscription filled from my Dr. and other companies. But when I come here Cathy makes me feel like home and my times is always valued and I walk away with everything I needed PLUS more without even having to ask. Cathy the definition of what a professional is. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review out of my busy schedule is because it's worth it. I really want my voice to be heard and people should know how excellent their service is and Cathy is paramount when it comes to establishing that. Thank you so much for taking out the time to help me over the years, I cannot begin to count how much time and money you've saved me. Thank you Cathy - you're truly special.

CATHYYYYY!!!!!!!! I've never gotten better service in any field than I have here. My favorite person is Cathy; not only was she able to take care of my prescription but she also sat and talked with me and took the time to give me her opinion as to what would look best. Picking out glasses or buying them can be hard at times but not with her. She walks you through everything and makes the ENTIRE process fun and professional. She really cares and that's what keeps me coming back again and again. If I worked here I'd give her a raise in seconds flat. My entire family loves my glasses and due to my disability I could hardly see - she went above and beyond the call of duty and adjusted my glasses to the proper specs and now I can see on the road perfectly. I've dealt with so many other people in the medical field and when I say this I truly mean this, Cathy is literally the BEST person I've ever dealt with. She's beautiful inside and out and an absolute GENIUS. I can trust her with my life, she knows what works and what's best. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience so awesome, you don'y know how wonderful your expertise and professional has helped me!!!!

I had a visit with my 92ys mother and the treatment of the workers was excellent, they were very patience and very helpful !! And affordable! !

Totally dissatisfied.
I got a new prescription for my glasses and had to bring the glasses back 5 times because the lenses were scratched each and every time.
I didn't even have a chance to wear them (I wear contact lenses daily)
I use glasses as backup but for some reason the lenses were always scratched whenever I went to pick them up, it was aggravating and I spent a fortune on them only to have them say no more replacements.
