Empty tables everywhere in the restaurant but still had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated. Salad bar looked like a tornado had hit it and many items empty. Waited forever to actually get waited on. Another 15 minutes after we had placed our order our server came back to tell us they were out of the food we had ordered. Our server left us to pick out something new. Another 15 to 20 minutes later I was wondering where he was. I looked and he was actually playing with a Rubiks cube at another table. He was completely ignoring his customers. We were not the only ones. And this person is supposedly part of management? l have been in the food and restaurant industry most of my life and I am more understanding than most. But this was totally unacceptable. I will not be back.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a sandwich or took a hour and we were sitting near the worker station and heard them complaining about other customers and workers. It's sad because that is my favorite restaurant.

Just came home from going out to dinner. The waitress was very nice, but there were so many problems. First, what I ordered was on the menu but I had to point it out to her and I asked for no tomatoes. Then, we were served the wrong food. When I got my food, it had tomatoes. I ate it anyway except for the tomatoes. I don't know if it was because we went at the semi busy time or the waitress was new. Other than that, the food was great.
