Great place for the vittles. Nice place, friendly staff. The food is good, not 5 star, but the vittles, attentive and friendly staff, and the comfortable ambience makes this a place to make a favorite dining for friends and family.

I am disappointed in crackling Jack's
We had a call in a order, we did not get our
Vittles, that was suppose to be included in our meal. So we were charged for the vittles so we called crackling Jacks to let them know so the lady on the phone said
To remind them when I came back
In on my next visit so I did as she said
The girl said we can't give me credit
But she could double up on the vittles
After getting home the order was not
Doubled up and we did not get the muffins that usually comes with the vittles. Please if you can check your order before leaving,
Crackling Jack's will ripe you off. Because you spend $56.00 for your meal you expect to get what you ordered.
Once was bad but twice mean will never go back every again. Bad Business.

Very casual dining but food was outstanding ! The ribs and fried chicken are worth the drive. All meals served with family style sides. We had coleslaw, cornbread, pickle spears,collard greens, stewed tomatoes, white beans, onion casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy. A whole lot of food. Even to go boxes for the sides

Absolutely awesome food and fantastic service. I had the catfish nuggets and shrimp. It was a lot of food and tasted awesome. Also, the server Mandi was awesome. Always attentive and polite. Highly recommend.

Food is good, service is fair at best. One person in our party never got their meal at all.. but was charged for it. They were fast to tell us there would be no more beverages because it was too close to closing time (like 9??) But they were fast to continue to serve those boozing it up at the bar.. guess it's all in who you know in this place. Not sure I'd go back.
