As someone who stops at any Mongolian restaurant they find, I have found that they have by far the best Mongolian food out of Boise, Meridian and Nampa. It is also a plus that they have the best customer service

You can choose what foods you want to eat such as fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, meats and noodles. I love to watch them cook what I have chosen on the large round table. Very tasty food.

The food is very good, but every time we come here, staff is rude. The cooks especially. One even suggested we use their tips to make change so we could leave them a bigger tip. Then the one named Henry complained about how he couldn't smile because he had to work so hard over the hot stove. I guess he couldn't even say thank you for tip for that reason, too.
The server told us they were running out of rice, so we said it was ok, but we noticed that many of the vegetables were also running out or unfilled. The cashier didn't say thank you for coming in, or anything, either. Not that this should be expected, but repeat customers are made by good service, and a simple smile. A thank you for the requested tip would have been especially nice and expected. After many visits here, we will not be back. We love Mongolian, but this is not the only restaurant.

Food was good. Rice was cold and hard. Staff was very cold and off Putting. The young gal that showed us to our table and ran the cash register wasn't very professional. Dressed and acted like a depressed teen that just got out of school for the day. The waiter only asked us what we wanted to drink then never came back to our table, I just ended up going to the little corner where he refills drinks to get to-go containers.
The cooks sat and watched tv until there was a line of people waiting for them to take our bowls. I even asked how they were doing and said thank you, not a single word and just dirty looks from them. I don't expect them to be happy go lucky every minute of their job, but being polite doesn't take much.
I used to come here all the time when I was younger, it was exciting and fun, and the staff used to care. It has gone down hill big time in my opinion. Who knows.. Maybe we came in on a bad day. But if l would have known our presence was a bother to the entire staff, then I wouldn't have even went.
