I ordered beef noodles without cabbage.
I asked them "Can you make without cabbage?" he said "We don't use cabbage" HE LIED. His name was Joseph (supervisor).
My son throw up on the carpet in front of this shop.
Also when I'm ordering Joseph slammed 2 rice cookers real hard in front of me .
No manner Bad service. Food was also bad.

The food here isn't that bad. Waiters are always nice and seats very fast. Always seems to be kinda busy when i go in.

We normally love Noodles Express, but they messed up big time. The very clearly drunk employee (slurring) and drinking out of a "do not touch" cup (obviously alcohol) who was taking orders messed up the order of the customer in front of us, seriously angering him. We asked for no vegetables on one of our items and still received vegetables on it. When we got home to eat, we discovered that we didn't receive any teriyaki sauce for either of our orders, nor did we receive sweet and sour sauce for our egg rolls. On the bright side, it seems the drunk employee failed to charge us for two of our egg rolls. We are extremely disgusted and hope this employee gets fired... this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
