Beautiful building to have art studios in. Looks to be over 100 years old but has a great mix of modern updates to make it very asthetically pleasing.

Lovely building and great artists. Often take the dog for a walk through the Franconia offshoot sculpture park in the back. An elevator would be great, but I understand the difficulty in adding a useable one to a historic building.

Every moment is a magical blessing. The people are ultra fantastic, super informative, and really help a person know we can do more and be better people. HIGHLY recommend their monthly open houses or programs offered by the artists.
