I have never experienced anything like what all the negative reviews say, but they seem to have happened a long time ago. Everyone that works there has been nice, and they have a great selection of stuff. The only problem I have is that food can be pretty expensive, but that is normal for a convenience store.

In my experience this is been a very nice gas station. They have everything in stock, and the people are nice. If you have a bad experience, talk to the manager. If that doesn't work, contact corporate. Don't vent online, it gets you nowhere unknown unknown...

This gas station is full of some of the most racist, prejudiced people I have ever met. If you are African American or any person of color stay away from this location. I have been into this gas station twice and both times I was treated like a criminal for no reason. The first time I went in I had to pay for my gas with cash because that is all I had at the time, I gave the clerk a $100 bill and he took my money and counted my change. Somewhere in between me walking back to my car and pumping my gas the clerk decided that the $100 bill was fake and came running after me while I was at the pump. He told me that he could not take my money and that the money was not real, even though he had marked the bill with the counterfeit pen and it appeared to be real. I did not argue with him, I gave him another bill that I had. Later on that day I brought my bill to the bank and they confirmed that the money was real and not counterfeit.
The second time I went in was a couple weeks after the first incident, I went in to use the ATM. I was not sure if I wanted a snack or not so I was just walked up the aisle once to see if anything caught my eye (didn't touch or pick up anything). I didn't see anything I liked so I turned around and just decided to use the ATM machine only. As I walked out of the store back to my car I was chased out by a clerk asking me if I was going to pay for the gum I had. I told him I didn't have any gum and he can feel free to check me, while my gas was still pumping I went back into the store to speak with a manager (white woman) and I told her what happened and asked her if she seen me take any gum, she said "I thought I seen you pick something up." I politely told her I would never steal and how disgusted I was with the service and also about the last incident that occurred regarding my $100 bill. I walked out of the store very upset.
I am a hard working African American woman, I live in the same neighborhood as the BP, I work right down the street and honestly I do not feel comfortable coming to this gas station anymore, I've been called a thief, and been accused of having fake money. The one that really bothered me the most was being called a thief because I'm pretty sure my salary is a lot more than those workers paychecks, not only that but I had withdrawn cash from the ATM;what makes them think I couldn't afford to pay for something like a pack of gum? I've been blessed with a nice well paying career where I can afford anything in this store, one of my paychecks is worth more than what one of these employees get in a month. My point is I was profiled simply because I am African American and because of that I will never step foot onto this property again. I wouldn't go to this gas station if it was the last store on earth, I would rather starve or walk a thousand miles to go somewhere else before I ever step foot back into this pitiful establishment full of underpaid, ignorant and culturally unaware workers who also lack basic customer service skills.

That was gross. I just bought ice cream at this BP and it was cut open and had a hair in it. So much for a nice late-night treat.
