I have had brunch, lunch, and dinner at Kil@wat and all meals were amazing! The setting is lovely (inside Milwaukee's Intercontinental Hotel) and the service is great!

Great food, service was poor.
We came for breakfast and Matt was absent a lot. Hostess Ginger had to refill our coffee a couple of time, side order of sausage was forgotten.
On the flipside, corned beef hash was amazing and very fresh, crabcake Benedict was perfect. Score of 5 stars for the food. 1 for the service. We have been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for our check. And isn't very busy, he only has 3 tables. Very disappointing. I struggle since the food was awesome and our hostess Ginger keeps trying to make up for Matt.

This place was very good. The homemade hash was probably the best breakfast hash I've ever had. A little pricy but not out of the norm. I would eat here again.

The food was good. It was a quiet night so atmosphere was basically nonexistent. It was extremely hard to find with no signs throughout the hotel. To top it off, a member of staff who fills waters casually filled our glasses with sneakers and a backpack on as he was leaving his shift. Honestly it was just not a pleasant experience overall.

Horrible service. My fiancé and I were spending a weekend downtown and wanted to try a new restaurant instead of going to our regular ones. We're in our early twenties and we weren't dressed super fancy or anything like that. When we walked in there were a few people, but it wasn't busy at all. They didn't greet us at all and then rudely asked if we had a reservation but we said we didn't. They had MANY open tables but they still made us wait half and hour. The greeter at the door was cold to us and kept staring me up and down. We were finally seated but they purposely gave us THE SMALLEST TABLE by the bar area next to the glass wall. We couldn't even fit both of our plates on the table. The menu selection was poor too, they don't have many options. Will not be returning.
