Fun place, nice tables, crappy paddles. Some walls and posts get in the way but overall very cool spot to waste some time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was excited to go here due that i remember the one ping pong location they had near splash studio. That one was bigger and it looked way looker but whatever at the end of the day is about the experience, that's what keeps people coming back. Well two days before saturday night i made a reservation for a ping pong table for 4 people for 8pm sat night. Me and my boyfriend showed up at 7:45pm, we got drinks and drinks were good, than my friend showed up and got totally ignored for like 15 mins before he could order something. He ordered a margarita, and got it with no salt which was weird bu whatevs, he asked for salt around the rim and it took them another 15 mins to fix it. At this point it was already 8:20pm, and when i arrived i mentioned right away about my reservation, so i asked this guy with purple hair if i could get my table. He asked for my name and just said "no, youre not here", so i asked, thats weird, well is there a way i can get a a table? he said he could get me a table from 8:30pm-9pm, I said, well i need it for 1 hr, he simply said "well you're not on the list" and continued to do whatever he was doing. His tone was very careless, very NOT MY PROBLEM. I said that's strange i made a reservation, i mean who takes these reservations? can we try and fix the problem? He said "we don't take the reservations here, that's someone else downstair" (in the restaurant area). He looked at me, said that and i totally got his message. He did NOT care, and wasn't going to do anything about it. 100% lack of empathy, or interest in our business.
It sucks that a place that is a fun option for a weekend is being runned with horrible customer service. We literally paid for our drinks and left after using the ping pong table for less than 5 minutes. We felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Almost like we were asking, begging for them to let us stay when they clearly didn't want us there.
I highly recommend that you find something else fun to do.

I booked a private party for my graduation at Evolution. I booked this out months in advance and dealt with Caitlin Gerth the sales manager there. I would email Caitlin trying to set up a meeting and while she claims she is in the office until 6 everyday, she left before 4 most days. I was supposed to have the room that I paid for 30 minutes before the party started at 6, turns out she booked another party until 6:30 in the room I was supposed to have. The bartenders were very helpful when we got there, but they also told me that they had no communication with Caitlin and didn't really know what parties were happening or what food was supposed to be served. I would not book with them again.

Not bad if you enjoy playing ping pong in a hallway with tables so close to each other you are more worried about running into people than the score of your game. Luckily they double booked our table so we got cut off mid game. This allowed us to hang out while looking longingly at all of the vacant tables that were technically "booked" despite not having been used in over an hour. Cool place.
