Really really bad service. They kept billing for the same service for 2 years in a row and Aetna kept approving it. Upon calling the billing support they say that my blood sample was sent multiple times for the same test!
Update: 11/21/2016
I had to pay the same bill 2nd time to keep collection agencies away and not spoil my credit score. After posting same review on BBB, I was told by this business on BBB website that they billed me incorrectly due to their system error but they have not contacted me nor they indicated that they will reimburse me for incorrect billing. The customer support is just a show off.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Horrible service, inappropriate billing. My case was sent to them without my consent in 2010, two weeks later I receive a bill, bill was paid in full. Here we are in 2015 and I see a collection notice for a bill that was ALREADY paid in 2010. Avoid their services at all costs.
