I started waxing my eyebrows with Damaris and I was sooo happy with her attention to detail and clean work that I now wax just about from head to toe with her! Brazilian bikini wax was amazing it was my first time and was soo nervous but she was very reassuring and very professional! Gracias Damaris!

Absolute WASTE of time!!! I had a confirmed wax appointment for 6:30PM today. I have an email receipt from hours earlier at 2PM. I tried to call around 6PM to speak to someone to ask where to park & no one answered ... I show up at 6:25 to the doors already locked & for the lady to not even open the door to speak to me! I had to show her through the glass my email confirmation on my phone ... for her to, still with the door locked, tell me "oh she's not here". Just wow! This place somehow has great reviews, so I rushed out of work & drove all the way downtown, paid for parking ... for nothing. Terrible customer service! & what a lack of common courtesy - to not even open the door during your normal business hours to at least apologize to your customer!!! She didn't even attempt to reschedule me!

Great experience!!! I went to this wonderful spa to be done my legs as well as manicure and pedicure, I had an awesome experience highly recommend this place to do waxing and all sort of things, nice ambience and profesional staff, I will for sure come back again!!! Well done Girls!!!!

This place couldn't decide who would do my pedicure and the lady that did do it I would bet all my money she doesn't have a license. Something as simple and buffing the top of my nails was not even done. She didn't even know how to professionally paint my nails. And the foot massage part was nothing more than her rubbing lotion on my feet no massage just a quick "put some lotion on". I will never go back here. Not worth the money or my time.
*I am a licensed cosmetologist that's how I know how it should be done.*
