Person at the lobby is so rude. She is old blond lady and also the person at waiting at the host is also rude he show me his middle finger for nothing :( and they are trying to pull you to restaurant if you pass buy and they say it is half of and they scam me you. It is a trap for foreign people. Trust me I have bachelor in hospitality and you don’t wanna be there you will be surprise when you see the check. Just letting you know. ( he is the rude host in the picture)

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, on Expedia website it clearly stated that I would not be charged anything now and I would pay for my room when I checked in. However I discovered the next day that I was charged $664 by Starlite Hotel and when I called Expedia they told me this was a violation of the booking policy and they would be investigating. I canceled the reservation with Expedia and received the cancellation email. It has been 8 days now and I still have not received any refund. When I called again to Expedia they contacted Starlite to find out why I was not refunded and Starlite told them that it would be another 5 days until the refund processed. From what I understand Expedia will be taking actions against Starlite for violating booking policy so that other guests do not get charged when they are not supposed to be.

November 14th on duty manager at the cafe around 9 pm sucks. I took my food to go and ate it in hotel room, the calamari was wonderful but my ribs was not cooked completely. I joined my friends that came later to eat and I just informed him and I told him I didn't want anything. I was just letting him know, he then stormed off like a 2yr old without an apology or a thank you!

Great location. Def a budget spot, but can't beat the walk to the beach. Near tons of shopping too. Staff is friendly, place is clean enough if a little outdated. Ac is fantastic in the room. Biggest complaint is the noisy patrons, super rude/inconsiderate. Overall decent stay if not expecting a full fledged hotel and more a place to sleep (once it quiets down) and launch day/night time adventures.
