Fast service and good menu selection. The turkey, bacon and cheese calzone with lettuce and tomatoes is a great lunch item.

I wouldn't even give them one star. These guys dont give a crap about their customers. I ordered a pizza from them two hours ago. They told me 35-45 min. I explained to them I was right next door to CVS, if they walked out there front door and looked left they would see my building. Approximately 50 yards to the left. After calling four times, three of them told me that it would be here any min. And the fourth one told me she had no idea where the driver was. Then the manager got on the line. Totally clueless. Didn't try to offer any suggestions on rectifying the situation. Just explained to me how I was wrong and it wasn't their fault that they couldn't find the place. Even though I explained multiple times. I will never order from the place again. They will never get my business. They have the worst customer service out of every pizza place. Maybe if they didn't leave their restaurant in the hands of kids it wouldn't be ran this way. But every hungry Howies I've ordered from acts this way. I will be callin their corporate office to let them know about their piss poor service. Stellar work guys!

They have absolutely delicious pizza with multiple kinds of flavored crusts, I give this all 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this place!

I am disgusted by the customer service and rude way I was treated when I called to see where my pizza was after its been an hour since I placed my order. I ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks. I asked to speak to the manager and of course to my surprise... shocker, she was the manager!!! But sounded about 14.. I told her I would not pay for a pizza I've been waiting for over an hour for , she informed me he (the delivery driver) just walked out the door and it had technically only been 53 minutes....I live about 4-5 away. So I told her to just forget it. Then when my son came in and got upset that I cancelled his order because he was so hungry: I called back and she said, "ugh, I just told him not to deliver to you, and to just give your order to one of his other deliveries" I WAS IRATE! I would have had to pay for a pizza that we waited over an hour for but someone else gets our order for free!!!! UNREAL!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN SIMPLY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We decided to try this restaurant again. This time the bread and pizza were cooked perfectly. The bread was pretty good and the pizza was flavorful and satisfying. My wife called in this order and the guy on the phone was acting irritated once she explained that this meal was a replacement for a burned one. She asked that the green peppers be removed from the salad order but they were added anyway. We will probably return to this restaurant but we'll have to check the food carefully each time before we leave.
