Excellent experience at Fynes Audiology. Very friendly, personable, customer-centric staff. Performed thorough hearing exam and offered professional guidance on improving my hearing. I strongly encourage Dr. Fynes' clinic for Audiology services.

I am very pleased with Fynes Audiology and my hearing aids purchase. Casandra is very helpful and patient with me. She has linked my phone to my aids through the Phonak ComPilot II, as well as set up my Phonak TVLink II. She is very knowledgeable with the latest gadgets making life easier for me. Front desk in this office is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a hearing device quit working. Called Fynes on Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Tues am. The desk help was friendly and informative and gave me a couple ideas on keeping my devise free of ear wax. Roger, the associate, replaced the wire in my device and called and checked that it was still covered under my original warranty. My bill was $25 for the office call. Reasonable.
