We were recommend to Dr. Warren by a friend. Big mistake. He is well educated, but is rarely in the office. He is out doing things for humanity which is great but his patients suffer. In the past 11 months, I've seen him one time. I went in for a knee injury. I had swelling and pain especially when pressure was applied as in standing. Dr. Warren was out of the office so I had to see his partner who was running behind that day. After a quick visual inspection, he told me there was a problem with the tendon that connect to the knee bone and it would heal in time (he was not sure how long). He told me to go home and rest and take advil and not walk up and down stairs. That’s it! No x-rays, no cast, no crutches, no pain med, no instructions, no nothing. I was heartbroken on the drive home because of the pain. One week later when the pain had not subsided and the swelling was worse, I called and left a message for Dr. Warren. He called two days later and when I called him back at 4:30pm., his office was CLOSED! I’m at a loss. Maybe Dr. Warren means well, but he doesn’t care for his patients at all! I’ve suffered for 5 weeks now and am still waiting his help!!!

Dr. Warren listens well and is deeply concerned about the care of his patients. Like many doctors, he is pressed for time, and waits can be long. Smart guy.
