Rude manager. Ashley was very unprofessional. No managerial skills to speak of. After hanging the phone up on me I had to call another store to get her name since she didn't have the confidence to tell me herself. Normally good food at this location. Ashley should go flip burgers up the road at McDonalds where she doesn't interact with the public. Way to go Ash!!!

Best crust and sauce in town, and the gal behind the counter was very cordial and polite. She respected my time and was out very quickly with food. 5 stars for Ashley! Thank you!!

About a week ago, my husband and I ordered from Marcos because it is one of his favorite pizza places. The last 3 orders we have ordered there was something wrong with each order. We asked for square cut and got normal cut, the subs we ordered were cold and the driver called to confirm the apartment number and was rude as all get out. The address they had was correct. The salad was warm and looked thrown together. The only enjoyable items were the sodas.
I am quite disappointed with them. Steve and his family had always had the best Marcos in town. I am not sure what's going on. Today I called to see about the credit I was given for the mess up. The manager answered the phone and made it seem I had disturbed her day to find out what kind of credit we were issued. She stared $18 for a $34 order. Because it was a credit I went ahead and ordered a soda and sub. She quoted 30 mins and just hung up.
I am shocked at how this place has gone way down hill. After this order, my husband and I are going back to Besta Fasta from now on!!! Sorry Steve, your management staff is incompetent and rude.

Only place that I've ever had a manager tell me to look at the menu online and hang up on me when I asked about menu items! I actually tried to do that prior to calling and the websites menu wouldn't load on my phone! Definitely shocking to have such horrible customer service!
