they are not prepared. it was getting a little busy at dinner time. we had to wait 20 minutes to order. there were only four people in front of us. then the orders were backed up so far it took us 25 more minutes to get our food. rediculous. also as much as i like my chicken hot and fresh, it was so hot that i couldnt touch it for ten minutes without burning myself. get it together kfc before you lose customers.
