Gary Walters and his team have helped me in my personal and business insurance needs. They work hard to offer me what policies best fit my needs. They are very responsive when I have questions or claims, and I could not ask for better service. It is nice to have the personal touch they offer, and also dealing with a community business, not a website. I have known Gary for over 15 years, and he has always been a consummate professional.

I'm not one to generally write reviews, but Rinehart Insurance definitely earned my time to write one. I had the privilege of working with their agent Matthias Stewart to work on some quotes for home and auto insurance policies. While the premium on one of my home quotes was slightly higher, the overall packaged policy with home and auto was significantly lower than my current insurer, saving me over $500 a year, with additional coverage and lower premiums on top of that! Can't get much better than that, I definitely recommend this business and Matthias Stewart as an agent you should work with!

The level of professionalism I received has been unparalleled. Within a day of filing an auto claim, a check was personally delivered to my office. I can't thank Ted and Sarah enough for their efforts and competency.

This is an insurance agency that cares about its customers. I can't say enough about about the stellar level of service that I have received professionally as an office manager and personally for my insurance needs over a period of 15 years. Marc, Ted, Laci and Sarah always take the time to explain levels of coverage on policies and work hard to provide the best quotes possible.

Over the years I've been with other insurance companies and not one of them treated me as good as rinehart has. I think the premiums are affordable. We have been with them for 8 years. I would recommend them all day long to anyone. Thank you Lord; may God Bless them.
