Great experience. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and I was super impressed going here. The staff and doctor were very welcoming and comforting and I will continue to go back ☺

Best dentist in Lynchburg for sure! He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr O'Donnell is like very few dentist in that when you have a dental emergency his staff will get you in quickly. I would rate this office higher than a 5 if I could. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Donnell!!!
This is this first review I've ever written.
Best dentist in Lynchburg for sure! He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr O'Donnell is like very few dentist in that when you have a dental emergency his staff will get you in quickly. I would rate this office higher than a 5 if I could. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Donnell!!!

The staff are genuinely concerned about all their patients and feel they are more family than just customers. They know you by name which is very uncommon in this day and age when most businesses are more worried about getting you in and out, they are, I feel more interested in my well being.
If you want a wonderful experience you need to at least give them a try. 5 stars is not enough!!!

I fell in 2009, knocking in two of my front teeth. Those teeth were cracked and chipped. Later, they started to crumble and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. A lot of damage was done and my case was quite difficult. Cost and finding someone who could handle my case successfully were equally important. My oral surgeon referred me to Dr. O'Donnell. He and his staff have been wonderful! I was always kept in the loop and everyone was happy to take the time to explain things as we went along. This was something that had been woefully lacking in other dental offices I had been to. They made sure my pain level was tolerable and today I have a beautiful new smile! My teeth look better than before my accident and I give Dr. O'Donnell and his team all the credit. Great job!

I love this dentist. Found them and immediately called them my home. All the staff are friendly and kind. They are fast, helpful and all around an amazing team. I highly recommend this place for all ages!
