Had a great experience for an early dinner at Ruby Tequilas. Catarina was our amazing server and so efficient, smiley, and kind. The margaritas were delicious and, although half price with happy hour, were perfect with tequila. We shared the fajitas and had food leftover. Fun!

Service was horrible! Waited for server to take order over 20 mins. Never asked if we needed refills or more chips. Half our group had to leave without getting their food. Asked him to make their meals to go. Gave us boxes but no food. Then brings food out and gets upset when I asked him to please take it back and box it since it was to go. The rest of our meals came out later and were wrong and cold. Almost an hour and a half before getting meals and refills on drinks.

Worst service ever, took almost an hour for our food, you might as well call in and hope your food and drink comes out at a decent time. The bowl for my beans was broken. It wasnt even busy and they took forever on everything. New ownership from what the hostess said and theyd better turn it around or they are going to be out of business. Wood chippings from remodeling at our booth , not even cleaned up.

This restaurant used to be a great place to eat but now the food has gone downhill. The restaurant on south University is still good.

Please stop using red raider wrecker as your tow service provider. This is putting Texas Tech students at a great risk of having their car towed in your parking lot. They charge the most they legally are allowed to charge to get your car out of impound. I and many others will no longer will be doing business with you if you continue to use them as your tow provider. They call themselves "red raider" and yet they screw over mostly Tech students You have give them the power to monitor your parking lot. This is something you should do yourselves. Your customers are being towed away. There are better tow company options that are more ethical then red raider wrecker. Please I implore you to change.
