I only been to this branch ones so far, but they knew my name before I even showed up. My loan specialist from the other bank let them know I am coming, and they knew what was going on by the time I got there (I didn't even ask for that, but it made my visit very quick and efficient.) Which is awesome because I was going there during lunch. I never encountered this level of customer service in one of my other banks (I just started my account at old national bank, and I am already considering moving more of my accounts over to this bank.)
