Dr Malone is great. Total time there no longer than 1 hour. The staff is so polite and helpful.

Long wait times! Plan on being there 2 hours minimum

If I was just rating Dr.Pecha I would give him a 5. He was absolutely excellent/great! He knew exactly what was wrong before I even gave him all the details. He was always friendly and funny. But rating this office as a whole I would only give 1 star. I can rarely get an appointment with the doctor and am usually ponded off on the nurse practitioner. She is always in a rush, brought what I think was a medical student into the room with her and not only did she not introduce her, she did not ask my permission, she treated me as if there was nothing wrong with me or I was overreacting and suggested physical therapy. I am quite sure PT isn't going to help with my bladder diagnosis. She was in and out in like 5 minutes and I was crying and in pain. She didn't seem to care at all. Anyways she blew my off and I have not been back since. It is so aggravating to me because I really liked the doctor but if I am always going to be stuck seeing her than I can't go back..ever. No one wants to be seen by someone who has no compassion for there situation. This happens to me several years ago and I am way to scared to make anymore appointments with this office despite my liking for the doctor and my need to be seen. I also have yet to find a doctor who is as knowledgeable and that I like as much as Dr. P. 😥

I got there 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I was booked as an emergency patient but didn't have my copay at the time. I told them I could pay them $10 that day and the remaining $30 two days later. They made a HUGE deal about it. They had to ask the office manager if I could be seen that day. There other people behind me trying to check in and it was embarrassing. I said that when I booked the appointment, the lady was ok with the arrangement. They contacted that employee and she got in trouble for telling me it was ok.

I was called right at my appointment time....did my urinalysis and was taken to my room. The lady who did triage was nice but after she left I waited an hour in the room. Dr. Pecha was extremely nice and listened to my concerns. He's a jokester, energetic and explained the process of condition well. Even when I asked him to clarify, he went into great detail of some tips that would benefit me before my follow up visit. Overall, the employees are nice enough but management needs to get their work flow in order. I'm glad I was off that day. I was there for 2 hours. Definitely recommend Dr. Pecha though.

Go on and try to get them on the phone- expect to wait at least half an hour for someone to pick up and to be met with consistent rudeness. Honestly I feel a little sorry for the people who work there because it appears to me that not only are their offices consistently over booked but that they are understaffed. And if you see the doctor you are supposed to see count yourself lucky. My father has been passed off to what I hope is at least a nurse of some sort rather than Dr. Rao- who was on premises- more than once. Its just the way business is done there. If you are shopping for a urologist I suggest you keep looking.
