Nice place. They have both communal and separate Himalayan Salt saunas, Jacuzzi, etc. Everyone is very nice, both staff and costumers with the atmosphere very pleasant. Good vibes! There's a huge pool level and parking garage below. Went to other spas in LA and this one is the best for the price!!

I never post reviews. This is an exception because I had an exceptional deep tissue massage, best massage ever. I highly recommend this place, the staff is quite professional.

This place is so relaxing. I have been there twice. Just as people leave comment, this place do discriminate disability people. My husband and I enjoyed the place so we wanted to bring my mother in law and brother in law. My brother in law is a handicap person, he is on wheel chair, he just cannot walk without wheelchair. Everything else, he can do by himself. We asked front desk if we could bring them here so they could also have fun and relax. A lady told us that they cannot accept handicap person because there is no life guard and want to avoid any problems. I found it weird because I saw a handicap sign by the elevator and the pool area.
Oh well, i think the sign doesn’t mean that we can bring handicapped person but I felt the same way as other people that they discriminate disable people.

My 1st trip to a bath house so new experience. Electric locks on lockers. New shorts and tops were issued. 3 Jacuzzis in women's locker room. Variety of saunas but the cold one was out of order. Food was good and reasonably priced. Pool was gorgeous but caps were required and nobody was swimming. We had a Groupon but regular prices were a bit expensive.

So this place is discriminatory and rude. Allow to me explain. I called to book an appointment for two massages. Got that booked but then had to call back and cancel one. When I first called I told them one person was blind and they stated there would be no issue. They asked for my credit card information and I asked why, they stated it was just to hold the appointment. When I called back to cancel one massage they told me that there would be a 50% charge to my card. I explained that I was not told this and I was asked who took my appointment, I stated it was Norma. I could hear the gentleman ask Norma why I was not told, when he came back on the phone I was told as a one time courtesy there would be no charge. I don’t see this as a courtesy, as I was not told.
When we arrive to the spa and check in, I am immediately informed that my blind friend cannot enter. I believe the person telling me this is the same person on the phone since we headed there right after the call. He would not give me his name and did not identify himself. The gentleman placed a call to someone and began to speak in Korean, the call lasted for a few minutes, then we were again informed that he could not come in or get a massage. I asked why my friend could not go in as we have been here many times before for massages and use of the facilities and I informed Norma that he was blind. I was told “his kind” cannot come in here as he cannot understand instructions. At this point my friend is deeply insulted and hurt, and all this is taking place in the lobby in front of other people. I explained I would be with him the whole time so he will not be alone. Then we were explained he cannot receive a massage because the masseuse cannot care for him and again he cannot understand instructions. At this point my friend speaks up and states how again he has been there before and he is blind not inept, he can understand instructions with no issues and he can care for himself. The gentleman then states “his kind” cannot do what the masseuse may ask of him or know how to move on the table. I then asked why was I not told this over the phone instead of having to be here and be humiliated in front of everyone. There was no answer except for my friend cannot come in or get a massage. At this point my friend is angered and just wants to leave, and so we do.
As we are heading home after about 45 minutes we get a call from the spa and it is Norma. She is calling to say my friend can come back and get a massage now if he wants and there will be no issues. I explained to Norma how hurt, insulted, and humiliated my friend is and I get silence. Then she says sorry but you can come back and get a massage if you want. No formal apology or offer to compensate for the action taken, simply sorry and come back.
I say stay away from this place because of how the treat the disabled and the practice of deception. They have no manners, tact, or compassion towards the disabled or person. They treated my friend with nothing but disrespect and contempt simply for being blind.
