I called all day and there was no answer. So I called another store to ask for an item. I asked them if THIS store has that item? They said yes. I drove there in the puring rain to get the spray to make my shoes stop taking in water, and they did NOT have it. And suggested I drive to the other store to get it. In the pouring rain with leaky shoes?? No thanks. I'll just buy some new boots! $20?! FANTASTIC!!

Today at work I slipped in front of everyone in the commissary because these boots apparently have ZERO traction. So I guess you get what you pay for.. but it WAS only $20 and the folks who work there were very nice and helpful.

Selection is bad staff don't help and you have to look for them to ask a question, bad experience wouldn't come here again
