Sat on our paper work and put us behind on everything. Do not use this place. Our realtor picked our paper work up today and took it else-ware.

So far it hasn't been a pleasant one.. They forgot to do a lien search on the property, and some other paperwork that has pushed the March 8 move in date to who knows when. Staff very friendly, but they don't listen, don't follow through. My suggestion is , although Central is one of the largest Title companies, go with a smaller one that is happy to gt your work. Apparently, larger ones just are "TOO BUSY" to listen and follow through .

Central Title helped me buy my first home out here in Texas. They helped me all the way through the whole process and closed very quickly. They kept me in the loop and I couldn't have asked for better service!
