I'm very pleased with the treatment I received at Dr. Gasic's office. All the staff were friendly and professional. I met first with Chris, the PA. He was attentive and asked a lot of questions about my symptoms. He recommended the tests that my doctor was feeling I needed, so it was nice to have that confirmed. Dr Gasic was nice and had a good bedside manner. He answered my questions, asked some of his own, and made sure he put me at ease. I'm very glad my doctor referred me to this office.

Marie at the front desk is extremely rude and acts like she is the queen. There was obviously some miscommunication between my doctor and them. My dr referred me to them, they called me but tell me they have no referral. So I ask "can't yall get that? Can't you contact the dr?" All of which they absolutely can. She also said she left me 3 messages on cell phone (which I had absolutely no voicemails.....just missed calls), 1 on my mom's cell phone, and 1 at work. THE ONLY Message I got was at work and it was Simply to call back....which I Couldn't. I wasn't available until 4:40 and they quit answering calls at 4:30.
Do not waste your time!

The people working for Dr. Gasic are totally unprofessional and rude. I hate to say it, but Dr. Gasic isn't much better (if you ever get to actually see him.) I had a certain prescription filled through this office and was in the hospital recently, and when I called the office to get my monthly prescription refilled, the nurse on the phone accused me of trying to obtain two scripts of the same prescription, which I had no idea what she was talking about, but that obviously didn't matter because I was told to go to rehab and that I was dismissed from his practice, and she yelled at me the whole time over the phone. And when I saw Dr. Gasic in the hospital, his whole demeanor was completely condescending and I felt terrible, all because of a misunderstanding between Gasic's office and the main Doctor that was seeing me while I was hospitalized. I DO NOT recommend this doctor! Sorry, but true!
