Enjoyed getting massages from here. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they make it impossible to cancel your membership. I moved back to North Dakota for work. Let them know ahead of time and sent in proof and thought everything was good to go. They called me about a YEAR later and told me there was a problem with my account and that it would be going to collections if I didn’t take care of it. After hours arguing with them they finally figured it out. So hopefully it stays that way.

My husband bought me membership for my birthday and I love going there once a month! I like that if you can't make it one month you still get to keep that month's massage as a credit and use it at a later time or gift it! The customer service is great.They are always very friendly and accommodating when I come in or if I need to change my appointment.

The staff were so polite, helpful and welcoming. The manager who's name I believe to be "Lily" was very helpful. She's the sole reason my friends and I will continue to keep coming back to Massage Envy. I highly recommend the Long Beach Town Center Massage Envy to any and everyone looking to experience a message.

Not even packed but the bar... seen 12 available seating ....the bar is only full... and they say it's a 25 min wait, because of the kitchen... it's Friday's. ... the bar side is the only thing packed... should get another cook.... unbelievable wow catering to the bar side only
