Charlotte Potts is our new insurance agent and within a few weeks of starting with her, our daughter was hit on the interstate in a hit and run accident. Charlotte, her team and the State Farm claims staff did an incredible job on helping us with all different aspects of the claim process and helping insure that our daughter was taken care of and getting her Into a new car and taking care of her medical needs.

Excellent staff! Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Charlotte is incredible and the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Parker, is an amazing and helpful account manager. Marlene is a gem as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't begin to say enough about this agency. My truck was flooded this past weekend so I called them first thing Monday morning. It's now Thursday and Charlotte hand delivered my settlement check to me this afternoon. Less than four days and they have already paid my truck off and paid me! The office called me daily to keep me updated with every detail. Charlotte made a point to call checking on me even though she was out of town. Hands down the best experience I could've ever asked for. I'm blown away by the service, professional, and payout.
