Seemed expensive for the amount of food you actually get. My order was prepared wrong which was a little disappointing. Overall food was satisfactory and the staff was very nice.

Always the best! Classic breakfast options and super great vibe. Old school diner with delicious eats all the time. Check it out! 100% worth it.

We stopped in for lunch while we were in Lincoln. My husband had a sandwich and I had breakfast. It's a great diner. Not fancy but very good food at reasonable prices.
I would have gone with five stars, but you had to order the food at the counter before you sat down. They did bring the food to the table.

Local landmark status establishment in my mind. I've frequented this fine place many times in the last 20 years. It's about the atmosphere, the hours their open & time spent with friends. The food ain't bad either. Biscuits & gravy with a side of hash browns always does it for me.

Hi-Way Diner is so yummy, and I adore the kitschy decor. Whether you like breakfast items or lunch/dinner, you will be happy. That being said, it's not a fancy restaurant, nor do they pretend to be, and I like that. The food is cooked fresh and you should definitely try the eggs benedict ;) Also they have pie too. Can't go wrong with pie.
