Food was good but service was slow and the server didn't get the order right. Prices were high for burgers and appetizers. This was the 1st time i've ever been to T.G.I Friday's and it will be my last at least to this particular one.

If i could give less i would. I have waited now over an hour and still no food manager sucks and i will probably never be back i think i could get better service at a McDonald's. i just got my food and the ribs were as hard as a rock fries cold as ice and on top of that the worst service ever

My husband and I arrived from the Tampa Bay area, after evacuating due to hurricane Irma, stressed out, tired, and hungry. We had the best server ever!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Kelli. What a warm and caring young woman. So patient. She went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of and comfortable! First time I was able to relax since leaving our home. Our food was delicious and hot. Drinks were good. Then to top it off we were given 2 pieces of cheese cake to go, and told the nice lady in the booth behind us is picking up our tab!!! The world is full of amazing people and we just had the pleasure and good fortune of meeting some!! Thank you again. We will pay it forward for sure!!!

The food was good. We got the endless appetizers. But the service was slow. We were there for an hour. And in that time we only got three refills. Two of which we had to find our waitress to get those. And we had you wait forever to get our appetizers. Our waitress was however, friendly.

Really cool server and endless apps were delicious and they took our next order every time they delivered the current order so we didn't have to wait much. Food was good. Great experience. Party of eleven and the dude didn't even write anything down! Also full rack of baby back ribs for only $12. Tender and delicious.
