I have been going for years and cannot take it anymore. I have had procedures done I had not given authorization for and been hit with a massive bill. I have waited 5 hours because he was busy with another patient. I have requested one service and been given another for hundreds more. The last straw came when I requested bonding be put on a few of my teeth. Instead he gave me a sealant that can only last 3 months and almost $1k! It came off in less than a week right before a vacation. The Dr told me to come in when I got back and he would fix it for free. I came back and he said it was my fault and would redo the work but I would have to full price! Morgan? You are a shame to your profession. 20+ years of mistakes and my family and I are through.

I traveled to Lexington to see Mom.. Thought I would be sneaky and called in sick cause my tooth hurt and got to Lexington on Tuesday. The discomfort was there when I woke up Wednesday after eating a tough lamb chop. So I google mapped oral surgeons Lexington Ky. After 3 calls that couldn't see me until May. Morgan Dentistry said yes they have an opening at 1PM on Thursday.
It was an amazing experience and Dr Morgan has amazing technology. He took a panaoramoc x-ray.. It was my first ever.. A quick treatment plan was recommended on the spot.. and to keep the story shorter I agreed to have 4 extractions.
So the next amazing but of technology is the electronically stabilized needle tip that administers the novacaine. Another first time experience for me. Nearly absolutely painless. The needle insertion is barely detectable but when the medicine is pumped in you will feel pressure.
Then the third amazing bit of technology is he uses a laser in the procedure which makes the process fast. My extractions were done in within 90 minutes.
I will be back.. soon.. The care I received was better .. and more competitively priced.. than any I recieve in my home state of Maryland..
I would highly recommend Dr Morgan to any of my friends.

In the summer of 2015 I took the Oral DNA test that Dr. Morgan offers at his office; a simple saliva test. I was quite certain the results would be what one would normally expect. I've been diligent with having my teeth cleaned for years. To my surprise my results showed ‘Pathogenic bacteria above the threshold’ (High Risk Pathogens).
Dr. Morgan, in his gentle way, explained to me the significance of these results and what they meant: Possible future cardiovascular concerns, weakened immune system, inflammation, possibly cancer, bacterial and viral infection. He strongly advised me to take these results seriously, and the significance of this test. He immediately administered scaling (disrupting the biofilm), local antibiotic for one tooth and a complete oral care regimen for me.
The DNA Report listed a specific antibiotic to take in its recommendations. In searching the Internet for information about this medicine I discovered that heart failure was one of its several serious side effects. I decided to share this test and my results with my primary practitioner. After looking at it she rolled her eyes a bit and said, ‘I’ll take your blood and check a few things that’s how I know what’s going on in your body.’ She did and all the results from the blood tests she requested came back normal. She assured me that I was fine.
Approximately seven months later I went back to her with a health concern; she assured me that it was nothing to worry about. That weekend I was in the ER with a swollen face and red body.
Today, December 2, 2016, a year and a half later after taking the Oral DNA test, I have Candida a fungal overgrowth in my gut (apparently I've had it for quite some time), inflammation, a compromised immune system, and was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer. When I became ill (sending me to the ER) it took months to find a doctor who would give me the time, consideration and blood work needed to diagnose me. The four doctors, in conventional medicine, whom I met with were simply unable to help.
It was apparent I was having an allergic reaction though the allergist, after giving me medicine, recommended that I go back to my primary practitioner as he put it, 'There's more going on here.'
I got myself out of bed by researching the Internet and learning about histamine, allergens/sensitivities, and a leaky gut. I began eating a low histamine diet and began feeling better, although I knew there was more going on. I finally found Dr. James Roach at the Center for Integrative Medicine in Midway, KY. He listened, looked at the documents I brought including the Oral DNA test and seemed to immediately know what was wrong. Dr. Roach requested blood work that I have never heard of, and a urine sample. Because of him, today I am on the road to recovery with the Candida, my immune system and inflammation. I am also following his cancer protocol in hopes of stopping this cancerous nodule; and it does not include any serious pharmaceutical drugs with life threatening side effects. If only I had known him and his team a year earlier when Dr. Morgan encouraged me to heed the DNA test results. Could I have stopped the cancer from forming?
My dentist, Dr. Ballard Morgan, knew there was something serious going on. I feel that I was diagnosed in the summer of 2015 by my dentist. Unfortunately I didn’t meet Dr. James Roach who affirmed these findings specifically and gave me a plan, direction, and goals to pursue until a year later. I encourage you to take this Oral DNA test that Dr. Morgan offers, and if by chance your results are like mine don’t waste any time immediately call and make an appointment with Dr. Roach’s office in Midway, KY.
Thank you Dr. Morgan. I wish I knew in the summer of 2015 when you spoke with me, firmly, about my results, what and who I know now.

Dr. Morgan provides excellent dental care. My husband and I have gone to him for many years and he has always covered all of our needs with excellent results. His office staff is always friendly, informative and caring. He and his staff have always taken the time to answer all of our questions and explain the details of how to take better care of our teeth. Thank you, Dr. Morgan
