Ali is a fantastic instructor! I had been away from yoga for several months and she has made reentry very smooth with immediate benefits. The space is special: early 1800's house with high ceilings, hardwood floors, walls lined with local art and amazing energy. Treat yourself weekly, 2x week if you can!
