I've been a customer for over 10 years and I must say, recently, I've been pleasantly surprised and highly impressed at the changes that've been made in the showroom. Customer service has positively increased as I am greeted at the door and directed to the area of the showroom I seek. They've even added a pickup window to decrease the wait times for customers that've ordered online and had the items shipped to the store for pickup. My last few visits have been pleasant and efficient, and I look forward to seeing what other new changes they may implement to continue improving the customer experience.

Drove all the way from Columbus, Ohio thinking that I could get some items. However I was informed that if it's not in the showroom then I will have to order it online and have it shipped to my address. I can't order it online and have them pick it from the warehouse that is right in the back of the showroom and have them bring it to me.
I was not greated when I walked in, I had to go and find someone to ask for help. Galls customer services has went down hill dramatically. But why would they care, when the cater to the big agencies that the showrooms are located in.
I have had bad experiences in Columbus, Cincinnati, Ohio and Lexington, Ky locations. I will not be buying anything else from them and will not be recommending them to any of my officers or any friends.

I have mixed feelings about Galls. Some stuff is reasonably priced while others not so much. Emergency vehicle products are marked up 20 to 30 percent compared to other distributors just for one example. The showroom in Lexington was nice as it had most products available. However, when I moved out of KY and placed several orders the items were backordered/out of stock. Now they're expanding by buying out small local uniform shops. I hope they don't raise the prices on everything at our local store. The local store already price gouged enough.

They have most of what you need if you work in law enforcement. You might have to go elsewhere for some items though.

If you work there never ever give a two week notice. I gave a two week notice on the account that my mother was dying, I was told not to come back. If you feel doing the right thing is the right thing, dont work there.
